Julia Hunter

Julia Hunter is an active member of Her Campus at University of South Carolina, where she contributes by writing articles about her interests and experiences, as well as creating creative content for the organization.
Her involvement on campus extends beyond Her Campus; Julia is also involved in the Women in Business Council, the Carolina Sales Institute, and the American Marketing Association. She is a senior majoring in International Business and Marketing, with a minor in French and a concentration in European Business. She is also a member of the Responsible International Business Cohort which provided her with the opportunity to study abroad for a year at ESSEC Business School in Cergy, France. During her time abroad, Julia’s studies focused on French language and culture, cultural intelligence, and leadership, while also completing over 100 hours of volunteer work as part of her program.
In her free time, Julia runs her small business “Banners by Jules,” where she designs and hand-paints personalized event banners. She loves to stay active through strength training, hiking, and trail running as well as expressing her creativity through drawing and painting. Julia also enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, horseback riding, and spending time with friends and family.
