Katie Baxter is a junior at the University of Colorado-Boulder majoring in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Business. She has a passion for exploring new places and discovering new experiences and environments. Katie is deeply fascinated by human relationships—both how we connect with others and how we understand ourselves.
