Kitan Arole

My name is Kitan Arole and I'm a Journalism and Political Science Student at The University of Connecticut. I'm from Southbury Connecticut. In my free time I love to go on runs, write poetry and spend time outside. I've developed a strong ability for detail and to connect with readers through compelling narratives. In addition to my editorial experience, I have a growing interest in the fields of branding and advertising. I am fascinated by how strategic communication and creative campaigns can shape public perception and drive engagement. I've always loved storytelling because it gives me the opportunity to hear other peoples perspectives. It's so interesting hearing another person story, and I want to use my voice to share it with people. I'm excited to join the Her Campus community and take part in something so special.
