Melaina Hesterlee is a writer in the Her Campus KU chapter. She likes to right about entertainment on the site, including food, tv shows, movies and book coverage.
Beyond Her Campus, Melaina practices as a news anchor in the journalism school for Good Morning KU and writes for KJHK. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Kansas, majoring in multimedia with a minor in film.
In her free time, Melaina loves taking walks, reading and listen to her favorite podcast or music. She loves medical dramas such as 911 or Greys Anatomy and enjoys trying new recipes.
