She is a sophomore at Winona State University majoring in Elementary Education. She likes to act like she is a chef on the Food Network and throwdown in the kitchen! Mercedes loves meeting new people and exploring her community. She enjoys listening to all types of music and going to concerts. She is the Ritual Chair for sorority, Sigma Sigma Sigma. She loves authentic tacos and cuddly animals. Mercedes aspires to be a mix of Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, and Kerry Washington.
