Mihir Khanna

My name is Mihir Khanna, and I am a first-year undergraduate student at Ashoka University. I am intending to pursue a major in economics and finance and minors in entrepreneurship and psychology. I did the IBDP programme at Pathways School in Gurgaon. I like studying a lot of subjects, but my favourite subject throughout high school has been economics.

Some of my hobbies include playing sports, mainly cricket and basketball, reading books, writing articles, listening to podcasts, travelling, and meeting new people. I also enjoy listening to music, especially AP Dhillon, Arijit Singh, AR Rahaman, Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, and ED Sheeran. I enjoy talking with people on a wide range of topics; my favourites include IPL, hobbies, business, the economy, and life in general.

My professional interests include sustainability, wherein I can use my management skills to give something back to the community, conducting research, especially in economics and finance, as well as business consulting, a field in which I have interned as well.

A fun fact about me is that I am a foodie, although very often I curb my food cravings for fitness reasons. If someone were to ask me to define myself in three words, I would that I am diligent, loyal and respectful.
