My name is Riley Ivanitski and I am a Campus Life and News Staff Writer for Temple University’s chapter. My goal is to showcase what it means to be a student here, as well as speak for the students that are seeking a platform. I am currently a junior advertising major with an art direction track and an art minor.
Creativity and optimism are my top goals in all that I do, especially as a woman in the workforce. I am currently a marketing intern at Andrée Collective, a non-profit organization whose goal is to “bring freedom through celebration.” They’re an event planning company raising money to support female survivors of domestic violence. I am honored to work for an organization that is so tenaciously for women.
In my free time, I am watching Juno with my cat. I am a Jersey girl at heart but I have adored my time in Philly so far. Being in a city where the art is so alive is inspiring, I am soaking up my time here as much as I can. My passion for design of all mediums absolutely thrives when I’m here.
