Sara Putnam

Hi friends! I'm Sara (she/her) I am a sophomore at Old Dominion University! I am a double major in speech pathology and psychology with a minor in communications. I am also involved in Kappa Delta, NSSLHA, and Operation Smile (and HerCampus ofc). I love all things pop culture and gym related!
Away from school, I am an avid animal lover and a PROUD cat mom to two energetic babies. I grew up in rural Virginia so I am excited to be in a big city to see where life takes me. I love yoga and meditation because it helps me with my anxiety. Mental health is very important to be and I believe that a happy mind is a healthy mind!
Inspiring women is very important to me because I have seen firsthand how girl friendships can help everyone involved! I love HerCampus because it is a platform made for us to empower each other and read some cool stuff while we're here :)
