Shriya Nevatia is a junior at Tufts University from upstate NY. She is majoring in Mathematics but wishes she could learn about everything! She is interning between the Marketing/Sales department and the Web/Design department this semester at Her Campus' Boston office. On Campus, she is in the Tufts Association of South Asians, Tamasha Bollywood dance team, and Synaptic Scholars. She spent last summer participating the entrepreneurship program Project Breaker by TED Fellow Juliette LaMontagne and taking classes in Marketing, Media, Women's Studies, and Graphic Literature at NYU and Columbia University. Last summer and fall she taught middle school science through Breakthrough Cambridge. She is passionate about Media, Technology, Education, and Design and would like to work in a Tech Startup after graduation. She enjoys dancing, cooking, listening to music, watching movies, going on the internet, and reading magazines (favorites include New York Magazine, Fast Company, Wired, and Elle).
