Sneha Agasti

I'm a final year student at the University of Warwick! I study Digital Technology Solutions (Software Engineering Specialism). I've been interested in writing from a young age, having been published in a classics compilation published by the University of Leicester (Artefact to Art). At the University of Warwick, I have contributed to Cobalt Magazine, occupying a Vice-President role after a brief stint as Production Manager of the magazine.

However, outside of my degree, my personal interests lay in writing, psychology, and media (film, tv, especially books). I've got a particular affinity for crime, because I grew up with mysteries and thrillers where various crimes were committed. I loved reading Sherlock Holmes, Nancy Drew, and pretty much anything written by Agatha Christie as a kid. In my adulthood, that has translated to becoming an avid fan of Criminal Minds. I also very much enjoy conspiracy media - Dan Brown and Alex Hirsch are two of my favourite creators. (Seriously, Alex Hirsch is THE conspiracy guy. How does a man write Inside Job AND Gravity Falls AND work on Rick and Morty????)

I'm hoping to share my love of psychology and media through writing, and outside of Cobalt, writing on HerCampus will be one of my first steps in reaching a wider audience. I hope you'll all enjoy what I have to say.
