Sophia Lanzalaco is a member of the Her Campus chapter of St. Bonaventure University. She plans to use her passion for fashion, health and wellness, self-care, and all things girly to write fun pieces for young adults navigating life. Sophia is thrilled to begin her journey with Her Campus SBU!
Sophia is a junior from Rochester, NY, studying Strategic Communication with a minor in Marketing. On Campus, Sophia is a member of the SBU Dance Team, Club Tennis Team, and Power Yoga Club.
Outside of her education and extracurriculars, you can find Sophia enjoying listening to all kinds of music, taking walks outdoors, hitting up the gym, or baking a sweet treat. She also loves spending time with her friends, family, and dog back at home. A fun fact about Sophia is that she is a coffee fanatic and loves barista-ing for her friends. Her guilty pleasure T.V. show is Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, or anything on the Food Network!
