Sophia Ríos

Sophia A. Ríos Contreras is a Social Media Designer at Her Campus UPRM, where she crafts engaging, fun, and motivational lifestyle content for Instagram and TikTok.

In addition to her role at Her Campus, Sophia takes on the responsibilities of an event coordinator for ACM-BA and creative marketing coordinator for ACM-W, two student associations that focus on empowering students in the technology field.

Sophia is currently studying at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, majoring in Computerized Information Systems with a minor in Project Management.

Outside of her academic and professional life, Sophia finds joy in simple pleasures. She loves going on walks, spending time with family and friends, journaling, and frequenting coffee shops and the beach. An enthusiast of reality TV, Sophia enjoys watching "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" among other shows, and immerses herself in film marathons, showcasing her passion for entertainment and pop culture.
