Vaishnavi is pursuing a B.S. in International Business with a concentration in Marketing Strategy Analytics and a minor in Journalism and Mass Communications at the George Washington University. Her passion lies at the intersection of service, storytelling, and innovation, with a focus on empowering others through human connection.
Born in Dubai and having lived in Boston, Florida, and Washington, DC, Vaishnavi's diverse upbringing shapes her global perspective. She previously founded The Gen-Z Go Getters Podcast, where she interviewed inspiring peers and shared stories of entrepreneurship and women empowerment. Today, she channels her creativity into designing a sustainable South Asian-inspired streetwear brand, while advocating for the socio-economic autonomy of women garment workers in Bangladesh through her nonprofit.
Outside of her academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, Vaishnavi enjoys competitive dance, exploring new cities and cafés, diving into art, and seeking spontaneous adventures. As a first-generation Indian-American immigrant, she is committed to creating inclusive spaces that celebrate human experiences and encourage authenticity.
