Jill McMillan, Her Campus’s own business development manager, found her position at HC through Levo’s job resources. Jill became aware of Levo when she started thinking about her next career move and was looking for resources on women’s development and professional organizations. She started following Levo on Twitter, and after seeing tweets about positions in New York City and Los Angeles, she eventually checked out their entire job board.
