I was published as an intern!

Hey HC-ers,
I super excited about the November issue of Family Circle magazine (out now), and it’s not because of the delicous cheesy casserole recipie on the cover (although, that does make me drool just a little). The reason is: I have 2 by-lines in the issue!

I interned in the home department the summer (check out some of my other blogs about my summer in NYC), and was lucky enough to actually get to work on some real content! If your mom buys the magazine, or you see it when you’re bored in line in the grocery store, check out my 2 pieces: one on new kitchen appliances/trends, and the other on super cute ideas to organize craft supplies.

Or just out the slideshow versions online :)
Here are some of the other pieces I worked on this summer:
13 Fun Halloween Accessories
12 Painted Pumpkin Ideas
28 Stylish Dorm Essentials

I’d love to hear your comments on any of them!
