Ariana Grande Released Her New Single “Yes, And?” & Fans Are Already Obsessed

Ariana Grande has returned to the music scene with a new single three years after releasing Positions in October 2020. While we got the “Die For You” remix that she did with The Weeknd in 2023, fans didn’t know when Grande was going to release new music since she looked busy with R.E.M beauty and filming for the Wicked movie. But the drought is finally over and what is suspected to be the lead single of Grande’s seventh album has arrived.

Grande surprise announced the single on Jan. 7. It immediately took the internet by storm and many fans were excited for what this new era would bring.

Both diehard and casual fans of Grande’s were intrigued to see what the new music would bring and many are more ready for “Yes, And?” to drop. The three-year music break did the pop star some good and she’s back and better than ever. The general public is once again appreciating the raw honesty and no sh*t attitude that Grande brings to her music.

Fans took to X (previously Twitter) to share their reactions to the new song and as expected, Arianators are obsessed.

In the past year, Grande has faced an onslaught on public scrutiny from the media, from judgment about her body to getting called a “homewrecker” for her relationship with her Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater, both of which she addresses in the new song. She sings, “My face is sititng, I don’t need no disguise (I don’t need no disguise)/Don’t comment on my body, do not reply/Your business is yours and mine is mine/Why do you care so much whose **** I ride?”

Accompanying the song is also a music video that was released on Jan. 12. The video not only shows Grande showcasing her dancing talent, it also shares the message that despite what people think of her, Ari is not fazed by the gossip and is continuing to live life the way she wants.

Whether you’ve been a fan of Grande since her Victorious days or just got into her recently, there’s no denying that she made a bang with this comeback. “Yes, And?” is surely going to be many people’s anthems for 2024 while we wait for what else Grande has up her sleeve.
