When Madame Tussauds unveiled their new Ariana Grande wax figure this past week, fans were left baffled, slamming the “embarrassing model” for looking nothing like the pop singer. And now, Grande herself has weighed in on the wax figure fiasco.
Seemingly unimpressed with the waxwork, Grande threw shade at the design in dry remark, according to Cosmopolitan. Commenting on Pop Crave’s Instagram post of the wax figure, the 25-year-old pop singer quipped, “[I] just wanna talk”.

Grande’s wax figure has been slammed online by fans after a picture of the figure was shared by Madame Tussauds on Tuesday.
“You chose Classic Ari! Now we have her style nailed,” Madame Tussauds wrote on Instagram, sharing a picture of the waxwork. “You can see @ArianaGrande at Madame Tussauds London for 5 weeks from Friday #MTLxAri #ArianaGrande”.
But Arianators were quick to blast the wax figure, saying that the museum may have nailed her style, but not her appearance, DailyMail.com reports.
“Sure! You have her style nailed. But… one thing, everything else isn’t,” one fan commented.
“Y’all need to melt her face a start [over] because this ain’t it!!” another fan wrote.
One upset fan responded, “Are you sure this is Ariana? Because I’m not.”
Other Arianators penned: “doesn’t even slightly resemble her… wyd”; “whoever did the eyebrows wants to fight wtf”; “Excuse me who’s that”; “doesn’t really look like her but okay”.
Obviously, the wax figure of Grande fell short. Hopefully, Madame Tussauds talks it out with her.
