Spoiler warning: Spoilers for Selling Sunset Season 6 follow. You can’t tell me that the B-roll of Bre Tiesi being introduced in Selling Sunset Season 6 wasn’t giving off big Christine energy. The sleek, straight hair down to her hips, power walk, and manicured nails had you knowing she was a boss right away. The only differences are that Tiesi is more likable, IMO, and she has a baby with Nick Cannon. Yes. that’s right: Her son, Legendary Love Cannon, is a product of Cannon’s “super sperm.” Legend is Cannon’s eighth child.
This duo may seem random but according to People, Cannon and Tiesi have known each other for over 10 years. Tiesi said she had always loved him as a person and she always went back to him. She was able to see him parent his other (seven) children and wanted the father of her child to be like he was. April 2021: Tiesi appears on Wild ‘N Out.
In April 2021, Tiesi made multiple appearances on Cannon’s sketch show Wild ‘N Out. She and Cannon had known each other for years by this point, but it’s unclear where they first met. In her Instagram highlight titled “love,” Tiesi shared a snip from the show where Cannon tells her a pick up line. She wrote on her Insta story “and this is how I ended up with a baby.” In April 2022, Tiesi told Us Weekly that they had been talking about having a baby for a long time, confirming the pregnancy was planned.
January 31, 2022: Tiesi announces her pregnancy.
According to my math, Tiesi would’ve gotten pregnant in September 2021, although she chose not to announce her pregnancy to the world until January 31 of that year. The extravagant gender reveal party shown in the pregnancy announcement happened shortly before the couple dropped the news to the public. They announced their baby was a boy by having a helicopter drop blue smoke into the sky above them. This was along with confetti rockets bursting into baby blue confetti clouds.
Tiesi’s Instagram post also confirmed that Cannon was the father. Cannon announced the pregnancy on his talk show in January 2022. He shared that he decided to go celibate for a period of time after Tiesi got pregnant.
“My therapist was one of the [people] who said that I should probably be celibate because I had shared that news, that Bre was pregnant,” said Cannon. “I felt like my life was out of control. And honestly, celibacy did help me through the journey of getting one with myself and dealing with this.”
After the pregnancy announcement, Tiesi started posting Cannon a lot more. She even called Cannon her twin flame along with “can’t believe after all these years we are here.”
June 28, 2022: Tiesi and Cannon’s son is born.
Legendary was born on June 28 at 1:28 a.m., weighing 8 pounds and 10 ounces. Little Legend is already an influencer (with an email for inquiries and everything). He has an Instagram account that Bre runs with 11.2k followers.
On July 25, Tiesi posted about her natural home birth experience on Insta and YouTube. She also was apparently only six weeks postpartum when she was on set filming the sixth season of Selling Sunset. Tiesi and Cannon have an open relationship. In Season 6, Tiesi says they have a supportive and honest relationship. They can have sexual relations with other people but at the end of the day, they come home to each other.
May 19, 2023: Selling Sunset Season 6 reveals drama with Chelsea Lazkani about their relationship.
Not all of Tiesi’s new co-stars were supportive of her and Cannon’s relationship, though. Chelsea Lazkani had a lot of drama with Tiesi in the new season of Selling Sunset, which dropped on May 19, mostly surrounding her choice of an open relationship with Cannon. Lazkani stated that she is Christian and doesn’t agree with a non-monogamous relationship.It definitely didn’t help that Lazkani was with Tiesi when she found out that Cannon had another baby with another woman when it was posted on social media. It doesn’t seem to faze Tiesi, though, who has said numerous times that she doesn’t care about other people’s opinions of her.
