Emily Ratajkowski Says Her Big Boobs Are the Reason People Don’t Want to Work With Her

In an candid interview with Harper’s Bazaar Australia, the multi-talented Emily Ratajkowski opened up about the backlash she’s received for being a feminist who’s proud of her sexuality. Especially on social media, she loves to show off her model-esque body, which is something the public has a hard time taking seriously.

“There’s this thing that happens to me: ‘Oh, she’s too sexy.’ It’s like an anti-woman thing, people don’t want to work with me because my boobs are too big,” she explained. “What’s wrong with boobs? They’re a beautiful, feminine thing that needs to be celebrated. Like, who cares? They are great big, they are great small. Why should that be an issue?”

Ratajkowski’s long-term boyfriend Jeff Madrid supports her decision to post nude photos on social media. “My boyfriend is super confident and was raised by his mum, so he also genuinely loves and admires women,” she said. “Not just ‘Oh yeah, women are cool.’ He deeply loves and respects women, so he loves what I’m all about.”

The 26-year-old will continue to post photos of herself because she feels “it illustrates [her] point over and over.” She should have the right to celebrate the feminine body without receiving backlash, especially not from women, because that’s what feminism is all about. Be kind and support every woman.
