The girlies get a lead single, Gracie Abrams’ first album drop and the dates for her first tour all in the first two months of 2023? Absolutely. Insane.
Miss Abrams is keeping us fed this year. Her album’s lead single, “Where do we go now?,” drops on Jan. 13 and then fans just have to wait a month for the whole album, Good Riddance to bless their Spotify mixes.
There are 18 stops on her North American tour — 15 in the U.S. and three in Canada. Also, if you can’t make it to Abrams’ tour (R.I.P), don’t stress. She’s opening for Taylor Swift’s “Eras” Tour for 30 nights. If you’re brave enough to go into the Ticketmaster trenches, you could see both blondie and Abrams on the same night. But if you’re more of a Gracie stan, here’s everything to know about her upcoming headlining shows.
How do I get tickets to Gracie Abrams’ tour?
All tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 13 at 10 a.m. local time through Live Nation. If you want a head start, you can go to Abrams’ official website and sign up for her mailing list to get early access. And by early, I mean you literally could have your hands on front-row Gracie Abrams’ tickets tomorrow night, so don’t miss out!
When is the “Good Riddance” tour?
The “Good Riddance” Tour starts in early March and runs through to April. The first show is March 7 in Chicago and ends April 10 in San Francisco. In between, she’ll hit each region in the U.S., starting in the Northeast and working across the map to the West. She’ll also be giving some love to her Canadian fanbase in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver! See the full list of tour dates as posted to her Instagram below.
Wait, when is she going on the “Eras” tour?
Unlike every other opening act for the “Eras” Tour, Abrams secured a spot for 30 stadium opens and will be by Swift’s side more than any other opener. Her time with the “Eras” Tour actually overlaps with her own tour — talk about a crazy experience. Her first show with Swift takes place on April 1, when she still has the last leg of her own tour to finish up by April 10! Abrams will be on the road with “Eras” all summer, Aug. 8 in L.A. is her last hurrah.
Who’s opening for Abrams?
Along with the tour dates and the album announcement, Abrams shared her opening act with us. Tiny Habits will accompany Abrams this spring. The three-man band is made up of Judah Mayowa, Maya Rae, and Cinya Khan. Their indie-folk sound should pair well with Abrams’ sad girl pop and make fans feel at home.
