Update: Hailey Baldwin hopped on Twitter earlier today to refute claims that she and Justin Bieber have already tied the knot. “I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I’m not married yet,” she tweeted.
I understand where the speculation is coming from, but Iâm not married yet!

It’s official! Heartthrob Justin Bieber and supermodel Hailey Baldwin have tied the knot, just two months after getting engaged. (Ummm, I think my invite got lost in the mail)
The newly wed couple were married Thursday in New York City, according to PEOPLE. A religious source confirmed they were legally married at the courthouse, but are going to have a religious ceremony and celebration with family and friends soon: âTheyâre going to have a big blowout, in front of God and everyone they love.”
PEOPLE also reported that the couple appeared to be extremely emotional with a witness stating they saw Bieber telling Baldwin, in tears, âI canât wait to marry you, baby.â According to the outlet, Justin told a court official, âThanks for keeping it on the DL.â
The whirlwind wedding comes as no surprise, as a source close to Bieber previously told PEOPLE the two preferred quick and quiet nuptials, as they “donât want a long engagement and are already planning their wedding.”
In an interview with The Cut, Baldwin dished on a potential wedding venue. âI just picture lights strung everywhere . . . I think having it in the woods would be so beautiful,â Baldwin said. She also revealed who would be in her wedding. âMy sister will be my bridesmaid . . . And maybe Justinâs little sister as a flower girl.”
Baldwin also addressed whether or not her family feels sheâs too young to get married. âMy sister was 24 when she got married, and my parents also got married when they were young, too,â she said. âI see no reason to wait. When you know itâs right, itâs right.â Baldwin then went on to tell the magazine that her parents are completely on board. âI said to them, âYouâd stop me if you didnât think this was the right decision, right?â And they didnât.â
Although I’m a little bummed there weren’t photos of the two in a tuxedo and wedding gown, I’m excited for their journey as a married couple. Congrats to the two newly weds!
