It’s time to grab a glass of wine, your favorite colored pencils, and enjoy some you time. Thanks to Marks & Spencer’s you can relax while sipping on a glass of wine and coloring your adult coloring book.
The well-known British company started selling a wine inspired by adult coloring books. It’s literally perfect for your Friday nights as you drink and chill with friends.
“The childhood joy of colouring in is combined with a slightly more adult pastime in our Colour Me Sauvignon Blanc, new in stores this week,” M&S Deputy Food Editor Heather Taylor wrote in a post on the retailers website.
The dry white wine features a beautiful black and white illustrations that has a ton of space to design and create whatever you chose. According to Food & Wine, a bottle costs $11, so you also won’t have to stress over the price.
UK artist Daisy Fletcher created the bottle’s artwork, and she released an adult coloring book called Birdtopia in 2016. According to Food & Wine, she pulled a lot of inspiration from the book to design the bottle’s label. The bottles tend to have birds and flowers on it.
“We knew from the outset the image would have a natural theme with as many elements to color as I could fit into the space,” Fletcher said in an interview with Bustle. “M&S liked the idea of a tropical scene. I drew several roughs and the final image is the one they loved.” Honestly, her artistic style sounds perfect for an adult-coloring book turned wine label!
If you want to show off your designs, you can post a photo of your colored-in bottle on Instagram with the #ColourMeWines for the chance to win a huge bottle of Prosecco. So grab your markers and colored pencils and get to coloring!
