This is all part of “a new renewed, intense focus on breakfast” at McDonald’s, according to Chief Financial Officer Kevin Ozan.
Bloomberg said that because of increased competition in fast food breakfast, McDonald’s all day offerings are becoming less lucrative. McDonald’s has also been experimenting with breakfast catering options at select restaurants in Florida.Â
