*NSYNC Dropped A Teaser Of Their First New Song In 20 Years & Millennials Are Unwell

No, this is not a drill! *NSYNC just announced a new song — their first in 20 years, I might add — that will be featured in the new Trolls Band Together movie coming to theaters on November 17. The trailer for the new movie was released on September 14, adding to the anticipation for fans of the iconic boyband. In the odd case you’re unfamiliar with *NSYNC, the band consists of five members: Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Justin Timberlake. They are responsible for the early 2000s smash hits “Bye Bye Bye” and “It’s Gonna Be Me.” Their new song is titled “Better Place” and is set to be released on Sept. 29th.

*NSYNC’s collaboration with the Trolls may seem random, but it isn’t. Timberlake has been the voice of Branch in the Trolls franchise since the first movie premiered in 2016. He’s reprising his role in Trolls Band Together, which follows the characters Branch and Poppy as they embark on a journey to reunite Branch with his brothers, who were once a favorite boyband. I’m not crying. You are!

*NSYNC’s new song announcement comes two days after the iconic ’90s boyband reunited at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, surprising fans — including Taylor Swift. They presented Miss Swift with the VMA award for  Best Pop Song. Swift was shocked and asked the question we’re all wondering — “Are you doing something? What’s gonna happen now?”  Well, we now know exactly what the band had up their selves. *NSYNC kept teasing their reunion with a Tik-Tok video that featured popular audio from Friends where characters Rachel and Joey repeatedly ask each other, “Do you know something?” before discussing sharing the secret that characters Chandler and Monica are dating.

Now that the secret is out, millennials across the internet have been reacting to this exciting *NSYNC news, and the tweets and TikToks are hilarious!
