With all of the election drama that has happened over the last month, it’s easy to forget that things are ACTUALLY going to start changing pretty soon. And that starts with the Obamas.
According to the New York Post, the Obamas have purchased a house in Rancho Mirage, Calififornia, the city where Gerald Ford also retired. Although they are not planning on leaving DC until after Sasha, the youngest daughter, graduates high school, sources say that they will be moving soon after that.
As to why California, Cosmopolitan reports that Rancho Mirage is apparently “home to the presidential getaway Sunnylands” and is said to be the “West Coast version of Camp David.”
While yes, this is extremely exciting for the first family, this also just reminds us that we will be losing Joe Biden soon so brb while I go cry.
