Are you in need of motivation to work out? One way to get yourself pumped and ready to sweat is picking the right playlist to get you in the mood! Plug in your headphones and jam out to my latest playlist and you are sure to get the ball rolling!

Start you inner dominance with Gwen.  Pull those weights up like you wanna tell that guy you ain’t no hollerback girl!

This song is for whether you running around the track, riding the elliptical, or lifting weights. The song takes your ears through three levels of intensity and it’s sure to take work out on a higher level too.
