TikToker Salah Brooks Has Been Accused Of Sexual Assault

Content warning: This story includes discussion of sexual assault. Allegations of sexual assault have surfaced against content creator and social media influencer Salah Brooks. Brooks rose to fame on TikTok after posting van life and lifestyle content with her ex-partner, Theo Goff. Her Campus reached out to Brooks’ team for comment, but did not hear back at the time of publication.

On Dec. 3, TikTok creator Robbi O’Connell (known as @meeposaurus) posted a video detailing her experience meeting an unnamed influencer (who was later confirmed by creator Jade Alis to be Brooks), as well as her alleged assault. In her video, O’Connell states that she was uncomfortable from the jump with the influencer and alleged that the influencer had taken advantage of her despite O’Connell explicitly not consenting.

“She asks for my consent to do something to me to which I say ‘no,'” O’Connell recalled in her video. “And she proceeds to do what she wanted to to me.”

O’Connell revealed that, after the alleged assault, Brooks laughed at O’Connell’s discomfort. After leaving, O’Connell also said that Brooks attempted to contact her and her friends repeatedly before O’Connell confronted Brooks about the incident and blocked her.

Additionally, in her video, O’Connell claimed that Brooks and her then-partner, Goff, regularly invited fans to their property, where they were coerced into sexual acts under the guise of an NDA. Her Campus reached out to both Brooks’ and Goff’s teams for comment, but did not hear back at the time of publication.

After O’Connell’s video went viral, two other people came forward to share their alleged stories regarding Brooks. One creator by the name of @issameg stiched O’Connell’s video and claimed a similar experience meeting Brooks. Then, another popular creator @jade_alis came forward to share her story three years after her alleged assault took place. Her Campus reached out to Brooks’ team for comment, but did not hear back at the time of publication.

In her video, Alis mentioned Brooks by name and stated that she had known the creator since middle school, but was afraid to speak out due to the fear of Brooks “destroying her.” Alis claimed that she visited Brooks after coming out to her family and being kicked out of her home. Once Alis arrived, she stated that Brooks wanted to “party” despite the fact that Alis had never engaged in that kind of activity before.

During her visit, Alis said that Brooks forced her to drink and take drugs to the point where Alis was incapacitated and unable to consent. Alis claimed this was when the assault took place. Additionally, Alis also alleged that, weeks later, Brooks had visited her in Houston and stole her personal belongings.

Salah Brooks responded to the allegations in a tiktok video.

On Dec. 4, Brooks posted a TikTok video with the caption “clearing the air” in which she denies the claims from all three creators.

“I’m not sure why these girls are making these videos,” Brooks said. “But, it has been good for their follower count, it has been good for their views, and it has been good for their revenue.”

At this time, Meg, O’Connell, and Alis have not responded to Brooks’ statement.
