Well, somehow we knew this truce wouldn’t last. Kanye West’s new song “Famous” disses Taylor Swift by claiming he and the 1989 pop star “might have sex” and that he made her famous. This isn’t Kanye’s first confrontation with T. Swift. We all remember their infamous run-in at the VMAs in 2009. As Taylor was accepting the Best Female Video Award for one of her breakout songs, “You Belong With Me,” Kanye rushed the stage and proclaimed that Beyoncé deserved the award instead. Not cool at all. It looks like Kanye’s trying to steal Taylor’s spotlight yet again, but this time her squad has her back.
Tay’s brother, Austin Swift, posted a dramatic video on Instagram, ridding himself of anything even remotely associated with Yeezy, in response to the song. “Getting a head start on some spring cleaning,” the caption read. Reportedly, Selena Gomez, though she’s kept quiet on her own social media, favorited Austin’s video to show support. Just this morning, Karlie Kloss deleted an Instagram post showing her wearing a pair of Yeezy Boosts.
Opening up on her thoughts, Gigi Hadid posted the following tweet after attending West’s fashion show the night before.
My attendance somewhere does not mean I agree with everything being said in the music playing there. My friends know of my loyalty.

Jaime King sent out a similar tweet.
I’m so sad right now & disappointed right now. I stand by my sister. Always.

Even Ruby Rose weighed in:
Too many lines crossed. If I put myself in the shoes of the women he has hurt recently. Victims of Bill Cosby, The Slut shaming, Amber…

And now my dear friend Taylor.. Right before another huge moment for her.. Can I still support him and call myself a feminist? A friend? No.

It’s safe to say that Taylor’s girl gang is goals, and we’re glad that her superstar friends are taking to social media to demonstrate their support.
