Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are even better gift-givers than the real Santa Claus. (Yes, we know Santa isn’t real, but you know what we mean.) Hospital visits from celebs never get old, and Cosmo caught some big grins from the two as they visited the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles yesterday to spread some holiday cheer.

Such a picturesque Mr. and Mrs. Claus would make even the Grinch’s heart grow three sizes! Unlike their usual wardrobes full of bells and whistles, Orlando and Katy went with simple, classic costumes to keep the attention on the kids.

This special newborn gets the best baby photo of all time.
