Hey, ladies!
So yesterday I had my first session with my new personal trainer! This video blog is a bit longer today, but it’s full of useful workout tips that I learned from my personal trainer, so it’s definitely worth the watch!
As an update… I am sooo sore today! But it’s a great kind of sore, because I am sore in places I haven’t really been sore before! I can definitely feel all the squats in the front and back of my legs, and my triceps are feelin’ those dips!
