Throughout the first week of July, Malik began posting different videos of himself on Instagram in preparation for the next era. The videos consisted of Malik driving a motorcycle, photos with a mysterious blonde woman, and Malik standing on the top of a rooftop.

On July 10, Malik finally confirmed the title of his first single in two years is “Love Like This” on his Instagram account. Malik posted a video doing spray painting, revealing the title of the song in pink and green paint. The song can also be heard in the background of the video, giving fans a first listen to Malik’s new single.
Malik also revealed that “Love Like This” will be released on July 21, so we can expect to see fans counting down the days until the song is released.
This song also marks a new era for Malik as it is his first single since signing with Mercury Records in June, signaling that this song could be the start of something bigger for Malik in the future.
