These Zodiac Signs Are Most Likely To Drag Sad Girl Autumn Into Spring

Today, we’re talking about the zodiac signs most likely to make Sad Girl Autumn last all spring. Today, Taryn Leigh Bond, a Tropical Astrologer who offers readings and teaches people how to read birth charts, shares which three signs are most likely to drag their sad girl moods on from autumn to spring.

Sad Girl Autumn was all the rage this year, offering a stark contrast to transition out of Hot Girl Summer. To be clear, there are many things to be loved about both seasons and I wouldn’t call either superior over the other (this past year introduced Hot Vax Summer, after all) but I’m partial to dramatizing my life through gloomy melodies and scene-painting lyrics. And with the release of Red (Taylor’s Version), I was sold.

Pisces: 

These dreamy souls are known for their creativity, spanning through all sorts of mediums from art and aesthetics to poetry and music. “Ruled by Neptune, Pisces are [also] known for their ‘big, sad, beautiful eyes,’” astrologer Taryn Leigh Bond tells Her Campus. “Pisces naturally gravitate towards the morose, and they’ll often fall even deeper into this as the sun moves through their sign every spring (February 18th-March 20th).” Turns out Sad Girl Autumn walked so Sad Girl Spring could run.

Scorpio:

When it comes down to it, Scorpio doesn’t subscribe to Sad Girl Autumn. “As a fixed sign that rules death and secrets, Scorpio is the true queen of the darker vibe,” Bond says, meaning it’s basically Sad Girl Life. “[Instead,] Scorpio lends its rightful aesthetic to the other signs during their season (October 23rd-November 22nd).” How thoughtful of them to spread the wealth! 

Capricorn: 

This Saturn-ruled winter sign shares the former signs’ affinity for the melancholic, making them the perfect grouping. “As an Earth sign ruled by Father Time, Capricorn will be consistent, even resistant to change,” Bond explains. “As the seasons turn, Capricorn will stay where it’s at.” Once a sad girl autumn, always a sad girl autumn.
