1. Green Smoothie:Â
Don’t be intimidated by the green smoothie! Smoothies are a great way to get your daily dose of veggies for those of you who would rather sip a sweet drink than eat a salad. This smoothie is both delicious and healthy, as it packs in some antioxidant-rich green veggies while still tasting delicious.
- ½ cup of frozen mangoÂ
- 1 frozen bananaÂ
- 1 handful of kaleÂ
- 1 handful of spinachÂ
- 4-6 ice cubes (depending on the size of your ice cubes)
- 1 cup of almond milkÂ
- Agave or honey (to taste)
2. Classic Strawberry-Banana Smoothie:
This light and refreshing classic combo is super easy to make and is perfect for a mid-afternoon pick me up.Â
