You Can Get A Free Bowl From Chipotle On Jan. 12, But You Have To Act Fast

As 2024 begins, resolutions around living a healthier lifestyle or starting a new fitness journey are on the top of so many people’s lists. Chipotle is here to not only satisfy your taste buds, but help you keep your resolution going with a free Lifestyle Bowl on Jan. 12.

Many people tend to give up on their New Year’s resolutions by Jan. 12, which is also known as Quitter’s Day. But Chipotle refuses to let you give up on your goals. The brand is turning the holiday on its head with “No Quitters Day,” and giving a free Lifestyle Bowl to the first 30,000 Chipotle Rewards members who order a Lifestyle Bowl through the app or online on this important day. But the bowl won’t be available right away — it’ll be added to your Chipotle Rewards account one week later, which is meant to help keep you motivated through some of the hardest weeks of your resolution journey.

But that’s not all Chipotle has to offer. From Jan. 15 to Jan. 28, Chipotle is partnering up with Strava, the popular fitness tracking and lifestyle community, to encourage and reward healthy habits. The brand is introducing a series of offers and challenges throughout January for fans who hit their wellness goals, known as the No Quitters Challenge. The brand is challenging fans to log 20 minutes of activity twice per week between Jan.15-28 for a chance to score free guacamole.

Chipotle is the first food chain to include personalized running challenges and segments into the Strava app. Appropriately known as “Chipotle segments,” these roads and trails are spread across major cities including Columbus, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Denver. Athletes, new gym rats, and all those who love a challenge can take on these “segments” for the chance to win free Lifestyle Bowls for a year.

The No Quitters Challenge on Strava is a great way for people to get back into the habit of exercising. Chipotle is celebrating National Quitters Day as an accomplishment in advance — a day that encourages commitment and helps you enjoy your favorite meal for free!

There are seven Lifestyle Bowls at Chipotle, including the Veggie Full Bowl, High Protein Bowl, and Wholesome Bowl. These bowls are so tasty, and they satisfy the demands of vegan, vegetarian, Whole30, Keto, and gluten-free diets. Simply go to Chipotle.com to place an online order or find out more. Also through the Chipotle App, from Jan. 2 through Jan. 31, fans can receive a $0 delivery fee on Lifestyle Bowl orders via the app or online.
