EF Ultimate Break’s Ultimate Internship Will Actually Pay You To Travel The World

A lot of college students would love to travel the world, but there’s something stopping many of us. Maybe it’s money, lack of time, or even the need to work and make money so you can be able to travel. Personally, as a student about to graduate from college, I didn’t find myself able to engage with the study abroad opportunities on campus like I had hoped. If you’re looking for an opportunity to be able to see the world, a great opportunity may have just presented itself: the Ultimate Internship with EF Ultimate Break.

EF Ultimate Break is a company that focuses on providing opportunities for young adults between the ages of 18-35 to travel in groups. There are over 120 trip options that can take you anywhere in the world, and EF Ultimate Break will plan it all out for you. After the launch of their Campus Ambassadors program back in 2023, the company is now providing another way for young adults to gain even more experience in the tourism and hospitality industry through their Ultimate Intern position.

“We want to develop the next great generation of tourism marketing professionals by giving our Ultimate Interns exposure to our growing business, the expansive world we visit, and the diverse travelers we serve,” said Heather Leisman, the President of EF Ultimate Break, in a press release. “Our Ultimate Internship will be a semester-long boot camp, training participants in the skills required to develop compelling content that reaches the next generation of world travelers. Additionally, our interns will gain hands-on experience on how our guided, immersive tours are redefining the tourism industry, giving younger adults the ability to experience the world for less.”

So what will the Ultimate Intern be expected to do? This intern will be working with EF Ultimate Break’s marketing team to develop social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and even Pinterest, managing social media pages, pitching ideas for unique takes on cultural trends and original content, and working with people like influencers, content creators, brands, and EF Ultimate Break ambassadors.

The best part of the gig, though, is that you’ll get to embark on your own adventure with the company and experience one of these life changing trips for yourself. A chance to rendezvous in Greece? A summer visit to Costa Rica? For this internship, travel will be an actual part of the job — and IMO, the biggest plus. The internship is also paid, which is music to any potential intern’s ears.

EF Ultimate Break is looking for someone who loves to travel and adores social media, and someone who can create content that fits in well with current online trends. Someone who has experience within the realm of social media content creation and strategy development, especially on TikTok and Instagram, is also a huge plus.

If this is already sounding like a sweet deal and a perfect fit for you, the application is already open. When applying, candidates are requested to upload their LinkedIn profile, a brief description of their qualifications, and submit a TikTok or YouTube video that showcases their talent for storytelling and inspiring desire to set out on a new adventure.

Good luck, and happy traveling!
