40 Fun Questions To Ask During The *Many* Rounds Of Sorority Recruitment

The fall semester is almost here, which means rush season is around the corner! If you’re planning on joining a sorority this semester, you may be thinking about brainstorming questions to ask your potential future sisters during sorority recruitment rounds. While the sisters are just as interested in asking you questions and making great conversation, it’s normal to want to have some questions and ice-breakers in your back pocket in the event your chat during a recruitment round hits a dead end.

It’s important to ask these questions to members of the sororities you’re interested in, too, so that you can also see which organization is best fit for you. And don’t feel like you have to keep your questions to just this list below! One piece of advice to keep in mind, though, when talking to the organizations is to try and avoid bringing up the three Bs: boys, booze, and bucks. Most sisters are probably not looking to hear how much money you have, or your crazy dating and party stories. They’re much more interested in conversations around how you both can benefit from joining their chapter. Don’t know where to start? Here are 40 questions that you can ask during recruitment!
