These Zodiac Signs Are Most Likely To Pick Up A New Hobby, Then Get Bored

Don’t doze off just yet. Today, we’re talking about the zodiac signs most likely to pick up a new hobby, then get bored. In Signs Of The Times, Her Campus gets all of the dirty details about the signs directly from astrologers. Today, astrologer Linda Furiate shares which three signs are most likely to grow bored after starting a new hobby.

We’ve all done it: we see a cool craft on TikTok, run to our nearest store, buy an influx of polymer clay, and swear up and down that making fun earrings will be our new “thing.” And after making about two pairs of grossly misshapen earrings, we leave our polymer clay starter kit to rot in the back of our closet.

Okay, so maybe I’m speaking from experience. But chances are, at some point or another, we’ve all picked up a hobby only to abandon it shortly after. Whether we don’t have regular time to dedicate to a specific craft, the cost of a hobby starts to add up, or even if we simply grow bored of it, sometimes hobby-hopping is just a way of life.

And while some of us have found hobbies that stick, others can’t seem to break the cycle of a serial hobby-breaker. Sound like you? Keep reading to find out the three zodiac signs most likely to pick up a new hobby, then get bored.

Aries:

Always impulsive, Aries may find themselves abandoning hobbies just as quickly as they picked them up.

“Aries was born to initiate and are at their best when they experience the new,” Astrologer Linda Furiate tells Her Campus. “Aries is into anything that is novel and original that will pique their curiosity.”

However, the fire in an Aries may extinguish—fast. According to Furiate, “once Aries conquers its mission and the thrill is gone, they may quickly lose interest and move on to a new batch of excitement.” While your constant switch-ups in interests are a bit of a whirlwind, I’m always down for the surprise, babes.

sagittarius:

Known for its adventurous nature, this fire sign embodies impulsive passion. In turn, Sagittarius could very well find themselves constantly searching for a new hobby.

“Sagittarius is a mutable fire sign,” Furiate says. “So, they’re known for adding and expanding to their list of fun activities as they often get caught up in the excitement of exploring multiple new ideas. Soon, Sag will realize what they desired in the past may no longer offer them the thrill they were seeking.”

No matter the hobbies you pick up (and subsequently abandon), I’m living to see the passion, Sagittarius.

Pisces:

Pisces are known for their creativity. So, it comes as no surprise that this water sign can find themselves hopping from one hobby to the next.

“Pisces is subject to become emotionally attached to something in an instant, often losing interest when the moment has passed,” says Furiate. “Pisces loves to add more fun activities to their plate, soon to realize they do not have enough time in the day to accomplish everything they need to do. Confused about how to focus their time, Pisces may soon lose interest and focus on the idea of a new hobby.”

Even though going from hobby to hobby can drain your wallet, I’m just excited to reap the benefits of all your creative adventures, Pisces! Did someone say free resin rings?
