5. APPLICANT SELECTION; NOTIFICATION; INTERVIEW OPPORTUNTY.

  1. Program Applicants are reviewed by a panel of judges composed of selected Application Administrator employees (collectively, “Judging Panel”). Selected Applicants who receive an invitation to interview accept the Interview Opportunity “as is”, and acknowledge that the Program Entities do not guarantee SelectedApplicants acceptance into the Program, and have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to acceptance into the Program. The sole right for Selected Applicants is the Interview Opportunity. The Interview Opportunity is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. No substitution or compensation will be given if the Interview Opportunity is declined. All details of the Interview Opportunity shall be determined by Application Administrator and Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion.

8. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE. The Submission becomes the property of the Application Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned to Applicant. Application Administrator may conduct a background check to confirm any Selected Applicant’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms. Applicant agrees to cooperate reasonably with any such background check, and if such background check reveals that Selected Applicant has engaged in conduct that could damage the reputation or business of any Program Entity, as determined by Application Administrator in its discretion, the Selected Applicant may be disqualified and the Interview Opportunity may be provided to an alternate Applicant. If a Selected Applicant is deemed to be a minor under the jurisdiction of his/her residence, his/her parent or legal guardian may be required to execute the necessary additional documents, consents, releases, or other agreements in connection with the Interview Opportunity or Program.
