These are a few tiny things that make me happy (and they all take less than 3 minutes!). I recommend you identify your own sparks of joy– it’s amazing how these instantly they lift my mood.
- Turning on the fairy lights in my room
- Listening to any song from the Footloose soundtrack
- Putting on chapstick (current favourite: Burt’s Bees)
- Doing a short meditation (I like the Stop Breathe Think app)
- Opening my window
- Chewing gum (always mint!)
- Writing down three things I’m grateful for
