In my last article I discussed the health benefits from drinking fruit infused water. If I convinced you to try it out; here are some ideas.
Strawberry Cucumber
Cut up about 3-4 strawberries and throw in a couple slices of cucumber. You won’t want to use too much cucumber because it can easily overpower the strawberry. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to an hour and enjoy! Strawberries are quick to become waterlogged so this is not one that I would let sit overnight.
Raspberry Blackberry
I like to use frozen berries for this one. It’s good to have about a handful total and this is one that you’ll want to let sit overnight. It is an aesthetically pleasing choice because the berries often give the water a reddish tint.
Strawberry Lemon
Who doesn’t love strawberry lemonade? This is not exactly the same but it has the same flavor combination of sweet strawberry and sour lemon. This is a stronger one and I personally like to taste the lemon more than the strawberry. This isn’t hard because the lemon overpowers the strawberry. If you prefer strawberries, only add a slice or two of lemon and 4-5 strawberries.
Cucumber Mint
A personal favorite of mine. I use a decent amount of mint to really bring out the flavor.
 Raspberry Lime
This is a very similar idea to the strawberry lemon. I love raspberries and I find that lime compliments it perfectly. With both the lime and lemon drinks you can always buy a little container of juice. It isn’t as aesthetically pleasing but it lasts much longer than the actual fruit.
Watermelon Basil
Watermelon is already mostly water so this is one that will need to sit longer. I also would suggest cutting the watermelons into pretty small pieces to get the most flavor. The basil is stronger so not much is needed.
Cucumber Lemon
Also known as “spa water.”
