While the weather outside may be cold and gray, February is a really exciting month from Black History Month to Valentine’s Day – and those days off school. Her Campus Akron wanted to get in on this excitement with UA’s Most Eligible Bachelor 2020. We asked student organizations across campus, in every field and interest, to nominate their most eligible bachelor! We were looking for single, masculine-identifying undergraduates to represent their student organization, show off their school pride and tell us why they should be crowned UA’s Most Eligible Bachelor!
We will be posting all our candidates’ profiles right here on our page, and we will be posting the candidates’ pics all over our social media, so stay tuned through February 22nd for all our bachelor action. Plus starting Monday, February 24th, everyone will have the chance to cast their vote for their favorite bachelor on our social media! Now without further ado: Agostino Rocca!
Her Campus (HC): Hi Tino, what is your major and minor?
Agostino (Tino): I am an Accounting major and Economics minor.
HC: Who nominated you?
Tino: Zips Programming Network (ZPN)
HC: What are your post-graduation plans?
Tino: I plan on working in the corporate world for a period of time before I open up a business of my own. My dream is to have an impact on the world through the work that I do.
HC: Where are you from?
Tino: Akron
HC: What is your favorite part about UA?
Tino: Everyone on campus is friendly.
HC: What’s your favorite part about ZPN?
Tino: ZPN has allowed me to meet some incredible people. I have also had the opportunity to execute some really fun programs for the University.
HC: What is the most extra thing you have done for a partner?
Tino: Changing plans while on the road to go to my girlfriend’s favorite restaurant.
HC: What is your favorite song?
Tino: “Take On Me” [by A-ha]
HC: Why are you UA’s Most Eligible Bachelor?
Tino: I am the most eligible bachelor because of my work ethic, kindness, and ability to connect.
