Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and I could not be more excited for it. As soon as February starts, I begin looking for fun and flirty makeup looks to rock on the special day. I draw inspiration from various sources like my favorite beauty blog Byrdie and youtubers. In the past years I have done pink cut creases, soft pink halo eyes, and a mauve monochromatic look. This year I am still unsure of what kind of look I will be doing. I am stuck between doing a hot pink eyeliner or branching out to purples. If you are currently stuck between two looks or haven’t even began planning a look and need some serious inspiration for your Valentine’s Day or Galantines Day outings, check out the following tutorials!
- Bright and Colorful

This look is not for the shy of color. It is perfect for the bold make up enthusiasts, who love to play with color! This look will make you stand out in the sea of pinks and reds. This is a great choice for a Galantines day out.

If you find yourself bored of all the pinks and reds, purple is a great alternative. This look features a beautiful wash of lavender that makes brown eyes stand out.
3. Sultry Date Night Looks

These two looks are the ultimate Valentine’s night out beats. The first look is perfect for those of you who love smoky shadows and a dark lip. The second look is great for those of you who still want to rock the traditional pinks and rose gold but want to make it more night time appropriate.
4. Rose Gold

Although this is not a Valentine’s Day themed tutorial, it features rose gold, a popular color to wear on that day. If you are a fan of Auntie Jackie A.K.A Jackie Aina, you would know she is the queen of rose gold makeup. Rose gold is a great alternative to standard pinks, it offers a sheen and draws attention to your eyes.
5. Glitter

Glitter is honestly one of my favorite make up products. It is so much fun and can easily make an eye look more glamorous and intricate.
