1. HC Albizu: Why did you decide to study psychology?Pamela: “To listen and to be able to help others within their problems”.
2. HC Albizu: What do you plan to do once you graduate?Pamela: “I plan to get my PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology”.
3. HC Albizu: Do you feel that you’ve changed since you started your undergraduate studies?Pamela: “Yes, I’ve helped a lot of people. I’ve been in the situation where people, without knowing me well, contact me for advice and opinions”.
4. HC Albizu: Have you participated in any extracurricular activities while studying in college?Pamela: “I have worked with animal shelters and non- profit organizations.”
5. HC Albizu: We saw that you worked for Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. What can you tell us about it?Pamela: “It was a unique experience! I loved my work over there. The greatest part of it was having a multifaceted working experience. Every day was different and my job varied according to the place I was in that day.”
6. HC Albizu: What would you say to a younger version of yourself?Pamela: “Life will get more complicated as you grow up.”
7. HC Albizu: Do you have any advice for our new students?Pamela: “Focus on a goal. Don’t lose your focus on it and use all the obstacles and falls towards your goal as a learning tool for your own personal growth. I’ve lived through many things and with all of them I’ve learned something positive.”
