It’s the most stressful time of the year. Between midterms, essays, and office hours, nothing sounds better than curling up in your own bed back in the comforts of home. If hopping on a train or plane back to your hometown isn’t an option, you can have a little taste of fall comfort here at AU. All that you need is a mug, some simple ingredients, and the lounge microwave to make these fun mug cakes that will cure any and all homesickness.

1. Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake

It is fall after all! Get your pumpkin fix in under 10 minutes with this super simple mug recipe. Hopefully it will hold you over until that pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving.

2. Toasty S’mores Mug Cake

One of the best parts about fall is the warm bonfires with friends, roasting marshmallows and chatting the night away. Since you can’t start any bonfires here at school, grab a few friends to make this delicious mug cake that will bring you back to those chilly fall nights.
