1. LTB (Lift, Tone, Burn)
Lift, Tone, Burn is the motto of Pure Barre; it’s as simple as that. If you want to lift those buns, tone those legs and feel the burn, then Pure Barre is the place for you! Barre class focuses on tightening those six-pack abs, the butt, thighs, back and calves.Â
2. Work The Seat
Throughtout Barre class, your instructor will tell you to “work the seat”. Working the seat means you are tightening your butt and working that difficult hip area.Â
3. No Locker Room
That’s right, no there are no locker rooms at Pure Barre because they are not necessary. Barre class is not a cardio class. Yes, you will sweat but your heart rate is not raised to the point where you begin profussly sweating. Therefore, no locker rooms required!
4. Great Music
Like Spinning and Zumba classes, Barre classes incorporates great music that is relevant to the moves and pace.Â
5. It’s ‘You’ Time
Barre class is the time to focus on your body. You become aware of what you are capable of and how strong you are! It is a great accomplishment at the end of class when you can say you pushed yourself.Â
