After announcing the cancellation of their fall tour, because of a “rift in the band”, the Jonas Brothers’ official Twitter account, @JonasBrothers, was deactivated, and now the Jonas Brother have officially announced their break-up. I knew this day would come, but it still hurts. I’m heart broken. I still had hope they would work out their problems. Like many Jonas Brothers fans, I grew up with them. I wrote the following letter to Kevin, Joe, and Nick.
Dear Jonas Brothers,
Enough is enough. Jonas Brothers, please stop breaking my heart!
Get yourself together Jonas Brothers! You shouldn’t be arguing over music. You guys are much more then just musicians. You guys are brothers.
My heart feels a little like this right now:

My first Jonas Brother’s experience was nine years ago when I was 13, and you opened up for Jesse McCartney. Since then, I’ve been to nine Jonas Brothers concert. I was front and center at every concert before anyone knew who the Jonas Brothers were. I was there when the Jonas Brothers couldn’t even fill a club. I was there when you guys were dropped from your first record label, and I’m still here nine years later.
Please think of the fans. Think of each and every fan that has ever bought a concert ticket, a t-shirt, or cd to support you. Did it really have to end like this?
Thanks for all these years of music. Thanks for being there the nights I used to cry to sleep when my first boyfriend broke up with me, and for every breakup and sleepless night after that.

You might not ever get together as a group, but at least I have years of memories to look back on. I guess there’s also the One Direction bandwagon to be jump on.
