If you’re anything like me, then you have 10 different playlists with pretty much all of the same songs on all of them. (I can’t get enough of JB, you know?)
But, for all of my music lovers who get tired of listening to their same old playlists every day, I’ve compiled a list of eight new and old songs that I feel like everyone should add to their Spotify.
From Mac Miller to Gavin DeGraw, these eight songs are essential for the confused but strong, broken but fun-loving, and lost but searching soul.
Also, if you haven’t bought the student version of Spotify, do it. That $5 a month is so worth it.
ENJOY!
1) Pillowtalk – Zayn
Pillllllloowwwwtaaaaaalk, my enemy, my ally.
2) Soldier – Gavin DeGraw
This song is featured on the very last episode of One Tree Hill. You know it has to be bomb!
3) My, Myself & I – G-Eazy
Solo rider til I did, cuz I got me for life.
4) Take Me Home – Jess Glynne
Stumbled upon this song. You know that song, “No place I’d rather Be?” This is her.
5) Work – Rihanna
Who am I to hold your past against you? Tell ’em girl. Also, Drake spits fire in this.
6) Been That Way – Bryson Tiller
“Now you wanna know what’s gotten into me, what’s changed? Baby it’s always been that way.”
7) Missed Calls – Mac Miller
Baby I got missed calls and emails all going into details bout how you just not happy and you think you gotta leave, so go… I’ll be fine on my own. (He will)
8) Sorry Not Sorry – Bryson Tiller
You say that you’re love sick girl, Tiller has the remedy.
