A girl can never have too many shoes, right? We need our options. We need something to wear for every occasion (along with more money for all these shoes). We could very well wear the wrong thing and our feet will be sweating or numb or aching. We’ve got to be prepared for any kind of weather. Am I right, ladies?
In Boone, you never know what to expect. It could be 70 degrees one day and 30 the next, so we really have to be prepared for whatever comes our way. Whether it’s a sixty-degree weather day, a rainy day, a cooler and dryer day, or any other day, we need to be prepared for every season.
Chacos
There are very few App students who don’t have Chacos.
You can purchase them at your local shoe store, look for the sales, or go to Amazon.
You can find this style here at Amazon for $69.
Rain boots
You can never go wrong with a good pair of rain boots or two or three or four. Hey, as long as they’re cute, right? Like, this knd with sunflowers on it.
Find a pair like this here at Rack Room Shoes.
Hiking boots
Having an elevation of 3,300 feet and many great hiking trails, you know you have to have hiking boots, like the super comfortable Columbia brand hiking boots. You could even wear them to walk around campus.
Instead of going to the Columbia site, find them here at Rack Room Shoes. You wouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg and you can use the BOGO sale as an excuse to buy another pair of shoes. *eyebrow raise*
Tennis Shoes
Having many inclines and opportunities to exercise, we need something to be able to run around in, like these Nike Trainers.
Not only are these shoes super light, but they’re super comfortable as well. Find them here at Rack Room Shoes.
But…
Don’t put up those snow boots just yet! Just because it may seem like it has gotten warm for good, past experiences shows March and April to have snow, too (and more than any other month at times). On the flip side, don’t leave your flip-flops at home either. You feet will thank you for it when they can breathe on one of those sixty-degree weather days.
So, everything. Every kind of shoe.
Enjoy spring, collegiettes!
