Want to travel over Spring Break and make a difference in the world? Good news, The University of Arizona offers that with Global Brigades. Global Brigades is the largest, non-profit sustainable student-led movement. We mobilize students to empower communities and impact lives. We work in holistic model in water, public health, medical, dental, business, microfinance, law, environmental, and architecture. These programs work together to help rural developing areas in Honduras, Panama, and Ghana. The UA has water, public health, medical, dental, and business brigades. This year we are traveling to Honduras (water, public health, medical, dental) and Panama (business) to get hands on volunteer work, travel, real life experience and make lasting impressions. From my personal experience on how it changed my life see article http://www.hercampus.com/school/arizona/spring-break-honduras . Wednesday the 19th we are having an Global Brigades Meet & Greet in Ceasar Chavez building, room 301. Come meet us to learn more about the programs we offer.
