Our instinct to eat something filling and sort of tasty on the go is often a bar that contains what we feel is necessary to function throughout the day…or at least for a few hours. Here’s the deal, just like everything else you have to look at the list of ingredients. There are several different types of bars to grab. Each is made by different brands. Each bar has a specific purpose such as meal replacement, post work out protein, energy or extra daily nutrients. It’s difficult to eat breakfast or to even bring snacks to school. There are rules for different teachers, classrooms, and eating in front of people is totally awkward. Which obviously become obstacles for our nutrition. Thus, why I searched the most healthy protein bars, most flavorful protein bars, and I even found a website that allows you to customize your own bar. Granted you’re probably thinking, this will break my bank account, but these high power protein filled bars are sold individually at your local Safeway, GNC store or just make it easy all together and order them from your laptop while watching the Bachelor!
You can check out all your options at a popular reliable source we all know and love, GNC
